Privacy & your information

When you request a proposal, Merry Finch (formerly The Little Sugars) collects the contact details and gifting information you submit so we can respond and plan your project. Please provide business contact information and do not include recipient home addresses in public inquiry forms or chat.

Orders and delivery

Client portal records are restricted to authorized users for the relevant order. Tracking services and delivery carriers may process tracking information to provide delivery status. We use service providers to host this website and support these functions.

Chat and saved inquiries

Questions sent to an enabled AI assistant are processed by its AI service provider. Avoid confidential information. Inquiry records are stored so the team can follow up. This website does not sell your information.

Campaign sources and call booking

When you arrive through a tagged campaign link, we keep its campaign parameters and any Google click identifier in your browser’s session storage. If you submit an inquiry, that source information is included with the request so we can understand which campaigns bring relevant inquiries. The embedded booking calendar is provided by Calendly and is subject to Calendly’s privacy notice.

Measurement tags

We use Google Tag Manager to manage website measurement tags. When configured, analytics and advertising tags may send usage information to their providers and use cookies to measure visits and ad results. Our website’s quote event contains a request reference and type, rather than your name, email, recipient addresses or the contents of your brief. You can manage cookies through your browser.
